I wanted to update this site, but couldn’t think of any more generic IRC sources (at least not right now). Sooo moving onto fansub-group-specific bots! Know that I love bots 
Anyway… Lunar-Anime is one of those groups that I’ve come to follow. I’ve watched quite a few titles by them, including Aishiteruze Baby, Bleach, AIR, Suzuka, REC… Currently, I’m following their Ouran High School Host Club releases. This show is pretty hilarious ^^
So, links are at the top of this post, as usual. You will find new releases available via IRC, provided by at least a couple of bots. There are also some older releases, but if what you are looking for isn’t on the bots, you can still download it via BT, unless it’s been licensed. Lunar-Anime’s policy is to stop subbing/distributing licensed series.

I heard that the people who picked up the license for Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch decided not to do it, and they dropped the license. There are no more subbed versions of Mermaid Melody anymore, now, and Lunar Anime says they’re done with it. How am I going to watch it now!?!

Not sure which series you’re looking for, but you can try looking on TokyoTosho, which has a raws section. Also, popular raw sources are SaiyaMan and l33t-raws. And, as a last resort, isoHunt searches many trackers, so it may find something.
